A conflict between Woyane police and unknown forces resulted in a two-hour-long shooting, and at least 60 woyane forces were wounded. Some say the clush was within the Woyane army itself.
Mr Dawit Kebede, editor of Awramba Times (an independent amharic newspaper), is forced into exile due to the threat of re-imprisonment.
According to UN Refugee Agancy (UNHCR), the number of Ethiopian refugees continues to rise. (watch video for a full coverage).
