·    Black Screen: ERI-TV or the Satellite Company are not transmitting a signal (rare)

·    Signal or voice chopping – Internet congestion or Ustream tv Server issue (out of EastAfro control)).

·    No Signal!: ERI-TV’s Satellite Company is not transmitting a signal or Bad Weather (be patient)

·    Off Air at Broadcasting hours: EastAfro can’t access the server (server is down) or dropped from server
