VIDEO: Interview with Songwriter Samuel Almede (Part I)

Interview with one of the greatest Songwriters,  Samuel Almede who wrote to more than 20 Artists,  over 90 songs, 3 musical dramas – including Helen Meles’s “Abaka ember”, Elsa Kidane’s “Shebab”, Kahsay Berhe’s “Shida,” Jemal Romodan’s “nKonelki,” Tedros Ururu’s  “Segum, Menesey Afrayi, Sqapoli, ” Helen Pawlos’s "msaKi alena," Teame’s “Hiwetey,” Aron, etc. As a journalist he captured a Woyane Helicopter being shot by EDF (at 53 minutes mark).

    I really admire your music and truly I can say that you are a hero as a Eritrean songwriter, Samuel Almede. You are very talented and creative and God gave you all this talent and when I hear your music it really makes me feel very happy to know that we are Eritrean and we are proud. All your music especially Helen Meles’s songs that you wrote are very incredible. We have the best singer/ songwriter in he whole world. Keep up with what your doing. God Bless You And Your Family.
