Also, fresh attacks on Woyane soldiers in Mogadishu leaves 42 dead. In addition, the ONLF killed or wounded 48, and captured more arms from the Woyanes. HRW report clearly stipulated Woyane soldiers’ actions on Ogaden: slaughter, execution, rape, burning homes etc… Woyane regime reshuffled officials accused of embezzlement and corruption in Oromo region, a ploy to deceive the residents of that region. Finally, a UN official has confirmed that the situation in Somalia is much worse than the disaster in Darfur.
